"Cute online, but not worth the price"
I really wanted to like this dress because it looked super cute on the website, but in person it just felt basic. I was also a little confused because the website made it seem like the quality and fit would be better than what actually showed up. For the price, I expected a lot more. I don’t think I’d buy it again

"Nice fabric, but literally not amazing"
The fabric feels okay overall, but it’s literally thinner than I expected. Not bad, just not quite as nice as I was hoping.

"The Great Shipping Snail Show"
I ordered expecting a normal delivery, but apparently my package signed up for the slow-motion express. It showed up late, and the whole thing just didn’t feel reliable at all

"Cute, but come on now"
It looked really cute when I got it, but the stitching started coming loose quickly. Come on now, I expected it to hold up better than that.

"Sizing was waaay off"
I ordered the size my daughter usually wears and even checked the size chart first, but it still came in sooo small. The dress was tight around her chest and way too short in the body, so it really wasn’t wearable.
For the price, I expected the fit to be a lot more accurate. I was reeeally disappointed because it looked adorable online, but the sizing just doesn’t seem reliable.

I really love the style of these, they’re so and totally my kind of look. They are a little pricey, but they look lovely, don’t they?

I emailed customer service and never got a reply, which was frustrating. The whole thing felt careless, like they just weren’t interested in helping at all.

"It looks really cute, but after..."
It looks really cute, but after wearing it for a bit, maybe an hour or so, it started to feel kind of itchy. I wanted to like it more, but the comfort just wasn’t quite there for me.

"Exchange process felt way too slow"
The items were cute, but trying to exchange for a different size was a hassle. I had to email twice, and the replies took ages. One of the responses made it feel like nobody had really read what I sent, which was frustrating. The return postage info also wasn’t very clear. It did get sorted eventually, but it felt like way more stress than it needed to be
